Job Summary
Cyber Security Manager to plan, develop, and administer Fike’s global cyber security program, including security policies, procedures, training for CUI, GDPR, NIS2, and compliance with NIST; lead audits, incident response coordination, and customer surveys; collaborate on enterprise security architecture, business continuity and disaster recovery planning; monitor and report on cyber security activities; ensure confidential handling of information and ongoing awareness training; travel domestically and internationally as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, a related discipline, or equivalent direct work experience in lieu of bachelor's degree
- Three years or more in a cyber-security environment
- Proven experience with Sophos MDR, Tenable, ProofPoint, Google Workspace, Meraki Switches and Firewalls, Windows Server, Salesforce, Jira and Active Directory
- US Citizenship or US Residency
