Cyber Security & IT Risk Lead

Job Summary
Lead cybersecurity and IT risk management practices at the country level by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, and monitoring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory obligations. Drive incident response, vulnerability management, and third-party due diligence while overseeing identity controls and security awareness initiatives. Prepare dashboards on the cyber risk profile and present emerging concerns to the Country Head, Information Technology and governance forums. Support internal and external audits, coordinate cross-functional security activities, and provide day-to-day direction to team members and managed security providers.

- Bachelors Degree (B): Information Technology And Computer Science: Information Technology Management
- Experience in cyber risk assessments
- Experience in security incident management
- Experience in vulnerability management
- Experience in identity and access management
- Experience in security monitoring
- Experience in cloud security
- Experience in third-party risk
- Experience in data protection
- Experience in audit remediation
- Experience in security awareness
- At least one relevant cybersecurity, information security, audit, or IT risk certification
