Cyber Security Instructor / Trainer (ISSO / ISSM / RMF & Risk Management)

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs on Information System Security Officer (ISSO), Information System Security Manager (ISSM), and Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes. Create course materials, labs, and real-world scenarios to enhance learning outcomes while mentoring students on cybersecurity best practices and certification preparation. Provide instruction on security controls, system authorization, and compliance frameworks such as NIST and DoD RMF. Stay current with evolving threats, policies, and regulatory requirements to support curriculum updates based on industry standards and government guidelines. This role requires 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with direct ISSO/ISSM or RMF experience, preferably in DoD or Intelligence Community environments, and an active security clearance is a plus.
