Job Summary
Oversee Incident Response by managing the entire process from detection to resolution with dedicated Cyber Security Analysts and Subject Matter Experts. Coordinate teams including BlueTeam, Cyber Architects, and legal to ensure swift responses, while conducting thorough root cause analysis and recommending preventive measures. Document all activities and decisions, then provide regular updates to executives, customers, and regulatory bodies. Manage internal and external communications during crises to maintain trust and transparency, adhering to established protocols and legal regulations. Collaborate with Legal and GRC teams to ensure regulatory compliance throughout the incident lifecycle. This role cultivates an interdisciplinary approach to cyber resilience, crisis management, and stakeholder engagement for Span's global IT services.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in Incident Response, Cyber Security, or Crisis Management
- Knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Croatian
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications like ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or GSLC (GIAC Security Leadership)
