Cyber Security Engineer

Cybersecurity Engineer to manage, monitor, and operate client cybersecurity platforms, handle incidents, alerts, and technical requirements in coordination with clients and internal teams; analyze metrics/events to propose technical improvements; define baselines and best practices (CIS, NIST); produce operational documentation (playbooks, procedures, backups, audit evidence); engage directly with clients in periodic meetings, backlog tracking, risks and opportunities; design and execute hardening and automation plans; participate in bids and renewals; coordinate with MSOC, Customer Success, service managers, pre-sales, and vendors; requires autonomy, proactive problem-solving, rapid learning, clear communication, and results-oriented approach.
