Job Summary
Develop and implement the IT security strategy, including risk analysis and the derivation of appropriate mitigation measures. Establish, operate, and optimize security solutions such as endpoint protection, multi-factor authentication, backup systems, and monitoring tools. Conduct vulnerability assessments and support penetration testing while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements like ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR. Raise security awareness and provide training to employees. Collaborate with external service providers and partners to independently design tailored solutions for the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Security und IT-Administration
- Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerken & Firewalls, Windows/Linux & Identity Management, Cloud-Umgebungen (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
- Grundverständnis von IT-Sicherheitsstandards (ISO 27001, BSI, NIS2) und Best Practices
- Erfahrung mit Security-Tools
- Kommunikationsstark — auch im Austausch mit Nicht-IT-Kolleg:innen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Fachinformatiker mit Fachrichtung Digitale Vernetzung (Cyber Security) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. fundierte praktische Berufserfahrung im Cyber-Security-Umfeld
- Deutschkenntnisse C1 Niveau, B2 als Minimalerfordernis
- Englischkenntnisse B2
