Job Summary
Build trusted executive-level relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and senior stakeholders to align cyber security initiatives with enterprise strategy and risk appetite. Lead discussions connecting investments to measurable outcomes like resilience, compliance, and risk reduction while driving growth through strategic account planning, pipeline development, and renewals. Own commercial outcomes including revenue growth, forecast accuracy, and margin management. Position comprehensive service portfolios across advisory, implementation, and managed security environments. Collaborate with customer security leadership to develop tailored transformation strategies and lead large-scale engagements within distributed delivery models. Establish governance frameworks covering executive reviews, escalations, and continuous improvement using NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, and ITIL practices. Translate technical capabilities into business value and manage risks across complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience driving growth and managing cyber security services engagements within enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in managed security services, consulting, cyber transformation, and integration programs
- Strong experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, and senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated success owning and managing large-scale cyber security engagements with strong governance and escalation management capabilities
- Broad understanding across cyber security domains including IAM, IGA, PAM, vulnerability management, security operations, network security, information protection, cryptographic key management, ISO implementations, and security architecture
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue growth, account expansion, and strategic portfolio positioning
- Expertise in enterprise-grade cyber security governance frameworks and operational best practices
- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing complex, distributed delivery environments
- Ability to align cyber security programs with strategic business objectives and enterprise transformation initiatives
- Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships while acting as a trusted advisor for cyber security services
- Ability to identify growth opportunities, shape strategic deals, and drive successful engagement outcomes
- Ability to lead complex cyber security implementations and managed service operations with predictable delivery excellence
- Ability to drive governance, operational discipline, and continuous service improvement across engagements
- Ability to translate technical cyber security capabilities into business-focused value propositions and measurable outcomes
- Ability to manage risks, escalations, stakeholder expectations, and operational challenges effectively
