Job Summary
Lead the cybersecurity policy and contribute to the group’s technical cybersecurity roadmap for AGS projects. Define technical cybersecurity policy aligned with Thales group policies and SBP roadmaps; interact with local CISO, CPSO and COL during solution development, testing, or operation on Thales networks; support legal/commercial teams in analyzing and controlling cybersecurity clauses; assess supplier cybersecurity maturity with the procurement team; drive audits and controls to ensure compliance with organizational, regional, and national cybersecurity rules; perform risk analyses across solutions during submission, design, and development phases and propose remediation plans aligned with the organization’s risk appetite; collaborate with the Cyber Operation Leader to validate the organization’s cybersecurity maturity dashboard; report cybersecurity risks regularly to the GBU/CPSO country; alert the Design Authority and CPSO on major gaps and help define remediation actions; provide feedback on the applicability and effectiveness of the cybersecurity engineering policy to Domain leads and Engineering Managers.
