Job Summary
Coordinate with Defense Information Systems Agency, U.S. Cyber Command, and Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber to facilitate seamless information sharing within Command, Control, Communications, and Computers operations. Review existing policies and authorities to ensure strict compliance and effective implementation across relevant NAVWAR operations. Assess offensive and defensive capabilities in contested environments to identify knowledge gaps and develop tactics, techniques, and procedures that mitigate vulnerabilities. Support the warfighter by providing expert modeling and simulation to assure and prevent Positioning, Navigation, and Timing information. Requires active DoD Interim Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, a bachelor's degree in cyber security or related field, and five years of relevant experience. Located at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, with up to 25% local travel.
Required Qualifications
- Active DoD Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in cyber security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Assurance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications including CompTIA's Network+, CompTIA's Security+, CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst, CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner, or industry equivalent (8570 compliant certs)
- Five years of relevant Cyber Security experience
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Percentage of travel required: Up to 25%

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), U.S. Cyber Command (CYBERCOM), Joint Force Headquarters‐Cyber (JFHQ‐C), Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER), JFHQ‐DoD Information Network (JFHQ‐DoDIN), or other CYBERCOM components
- Ability to work independently with limited government oversight
- Capacity to function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
