Cyber Security Analyst role within ASX Security Operations Centre focusing on monitoring and analyzing security events, investigating and responding to incidents, proactive threat hunting, and threat intelligence analysis. Required Qualifications
- Must have worked within a Security Operations Centre environment
- Exposure to industry standard security frameworks (e.g. NIST, ASD, Swift CSP)
- Assessment and investigation of security alerts (e.g. SIEM alerts, phishing emails)
- Exposure to security tools configuration management (e.g. SIEM, EDR, TIP, Email Security, Proxy)
- Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Linux
- Understanding of Networking concepts and terminology
- Exposure to cloud-based technologies
- Development of security related documentation (policies, procedures, standards)
- Nice to have IT degree with a focus on IT Security
- Certifications such as GCFA, GCFR, GCTI, GCIH
- Familiarity with a scripting language such as Python or PowerShell
