Job Summary

Partner with customers throughout the full sales life cycle to understand technical needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful adoption. Collaborate closely with sales and delivery teams to address challenges and promote long-term value realization. Drive whitespace growth, cross-sell capabilities, and large acquisition vehicles while owning annual sales quotas. Engage with key client stakeholders on several large-scale projects, including program of record creation. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision and mentor employees in company and technical competencies. Travel up to 25% of the time.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or systems engineering role supporting DoW or IC customers
  • 3+ years of experience working with complex technical solutions, COTS products, OEM products or phased prototyping in the DoW or IC space
  • Experience creating and driving engagement-based approaches to acquisition, including driving whitespace growth and cross-selling capabilities and solutions into adjacent markets
  • Experience owning or supporting annual sales quotas and growing customer adoption through enterprise agreements or consumption-based offerings
  • Experience engaging with key client stakeholders to discuss company capabilities and services on several large-scale projects, including driving program of record creation and driving large acquisition vehicle work
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with DoD acquisition centers and Key Client Mission Stakeholders
  • Experience with developing and maintaining effective internal and external business relationships with clients and industry partners
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Word
  • Experience establishing relationships in the government and industry communities
  • Knowledge of DoW acquisition FAR, DFARS, PWS, and SOW interpretation and compliance matrices
  • Master's degree
