Job Summary
Lead the enterprise Cyber Resilience Act readiness program across all JBT Marel divisions with digital components. Define the roadmap, governance, and milestones in collaboration with Engineering, Information Security, Legal, and Supply Chain teams. Embed secure-by-design requirements into innovation stage-gates and product development processes. Coordinate risk assessments, remediation planning, and evidence gathering to ensure audit-ready compliance. Drive consistent vulnerability management and post-market security monitoring while escalating material risks affecting EU market access. Prepare structured updates for the Innovation Council and executive leadership to support resourcing decisions. Track readiness status, dependencies, and remediation progress across portfolios.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant university degree
- Experience in program management
- Experience in product development
- Experience in cybersecurity
- Experience in regulated compliance
- Experience in product lifecycle governance
- Experience coordinating across Engineering, IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Service and Commercial functions
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization
Desired Qualifications
- Preferably within engineering, cybersecurity, computer science, industrial engineering, innovation management or a related field
- Knowledge of EU Cyber Resilience Act requirements
- Knowledge of secure-by-design principles
- Knowledge of product cybersecurity
- Knowledge of related regulatory frameworks
