Job Summary
Set the vision and provide executive leadership to the Product & Delivery organization, driving performance and execution across the entire portfolio. Lead custom digital product and platform delivery for diverse stakeholders, anticipating evolving cyber architecture needs to build a strategy bridging financials and technology. Manage executive-level leaders in Technical Program and Product Management to translate company-wide vision into delivered targets. Drive key business metrics and grow the skills of Program Management and Product Architecture departments. Engage with clients and teams to maintain visibility, coach on value creation, and manage delivery risks. Work across functional teams to assess delivery capabilities, push innovation, and improve capacity while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of technical product or program management, focused on platforms build, data engineering or cloud architecture
- 8+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
- 3+ years of experience as a solution architect, data engineers, or related field
- 3+ years of technology and / or security domain experience
- 3+ years of experience executing in Agile software development methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building, owning, and delivering on product roadmaps
- Experience with dependency management
- Experience in working with engineers from diverse teams and expertise
- Experience providing executive leadership to cross-functional teams to build and deliver custom digital products, platforms, and services
- Has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of internal & external engagements with delivery accountability
- Can strategically increase our Program Management and Product Architecture disciplines' ability to own and guide product delivery
- Experience providing delivery oversight and coaching senior-level leaders on stakeholder management, team management, and product delivery
- Experience building relationships and partnerships with executives in complex stakeholder organizations, aligning needs with the teams' expertise
- Experience leading and coaching delivery leadership -- can coach and guide others through product strategy and execution, balancing team members' growth while mitigating risk
- Strong talent management including hiring, performance management, and leadership development
