Cyber Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Drive adoption of standardized operational processes across Cyber Solution Sets and maintain service catalogs with business stakeholders. Develop and maintain Solution Set-level metrics, analyzing engagement data to identify trends in resource management, risks, and improvement opportunities. Deliver timely, accurate reporting to support leadership decision-making on practice and people management while maintaining accurate project records and risk documentation. Partner with Solution Set leaders, Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to coordinate vendor chargebacks and resale tracking. This role within the Client Experience Office focuses on enhancing visibility into practice performance and streamlining support for strategic business initiatives across the global team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or business support
- Excel Level (Intermediate)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Familiarity with project management frameworks
