Job Summary
Assist in monitoring security alerts and events from SIEM/EDR/IDS/IPS; perform initial triage to determine validity and severity; analyze alerts and escalate to senior analysts per procedures. Follow runbooks and standard operating procedures to support incident detection, analysis, containment, and reporting. Correlate threat intel with observed events to identify risks; support vulnerability and threat management efforts; document incidents and analyses in case-management systems; collaborate with IT, engineering, and application owners; notify stakeholders according to alerting priorities. Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year in cybersecurity or related fields and certifications such as CompTIA Security+, A+, Network+.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience in Cybersecurity, IT support, network operations, or a related technical field
- Industry Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, A+, Network +.
