Cyber Insurance Broker for Marsh in Stockholm, focusing on advising Nordic clients on cyber risk and insurance solutions. Responsibilities include building client relationships, advising on cyber insurance, negotiating policy terms and pricing, serving as a point of contact during cyber incidents, staying current on cyber threats and regulations, and contributing to market intelligence and growth opportunities. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree (master’s a plus), native Swedish and strong English, proven insurance/broking experience, and willingness to travel within the Nordics and to London. Marsh promotes hybrid work with a mix of in-office and remote work and expects in-person collaboration at least three days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus but not required
- Native-level fluency in Swedish and strong command of English
- Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders
- Proven experience in insurance or broking (e.g., cyber, financial lines, liability, property or related risk/financial services roles) with a track record of taking ownership for client matters
- Willingness to travel occasionally on short business trips, mainly within the Nordics and to London
