Job Summary
Own end-to-end capture for cyber opportunities, including shaping, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and bid strategy. Develop win themes, discriminators, and technical narratives aligned to customer priorities while partnering with pricing, delivery, and solution architects to structure compelling proposals. Assess emerging cyber mission needs and translate them into actionable growth strategies, building long-range account and portfolio strategies that position the organization for strategic pursuits. Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior cyber mission customers and lead cross-functional teams through capture gates and strategy reviews. This role requires TS/SCI with poly clearance and is located in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or the District of Columbia. Base pay ranges from $165,500 to $334,200 USD.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in cyber mission environments
- Ability to translate mission needs into differentiated solutions, strategies, and win themes
- Ability to articulate cyber mission narratives in proposals, whitepapers, and senior level discussions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in mission-critical settings
- Experience with enterprise cyber platforms, data platforms, zero trust architectures, cloud-native security, and analytics
- Understanding of procurement approaches including OTA, IDIQ, BPAs, and complex RFP/RFQ processes
- TS/SCI with poly level clearance
