Job Summary
Assess client needs and develop solutions across the complexity spectrum, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day service requirements. Submit coverage specifications, obtain carrier quotes, bind programs, and provide analysis on risk appetite. Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals to prepare marketing messages, while developing innovation solutions for complex risk strategies. Build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters to support retention and new business production. Submit reviewed policy to clients and contribute to the firm's body of knowledge through internal networks.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years on industry experience
- Cyber experience is highly preferred
- P&C license
- ability to obtain Bachelors' degree
- Ability to build strong relationships and resonate with internal colleagues, clients and carriers
- Self starter

- Meet with clients directly during meetings and proposals and prepare client marketing messages
- Submit coverage specifications and obtains quotes from carriers, binds coverage and be responsible for the accuracy of programs they have bound
- Receive and analyze quotes from carriers and provide analysis and recommendations
- Develops strong working relations with carriers and or underwriters
- Possess strong knowledge of insurance and risk marketplace including financial strength and risk appetite while keeping abreast of changing insurance and risk market conditions
- Contributes to the firm's body of knowledge on product line by participating in internal networks and works closely with our client teams to support client retention and new business production
- Going into the office 3x per week
- All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Cyber experience is highly preferred
- Bachelors' degree preferred
