Job Summary
Cyber CISO-as-a-Service Lead and Client Success Senior Director role overseeing virtual CISO engagements and cybersecurity advisory for clients. Responsibilities include developing, implementing and maintaining client cybersecurity policies, procedures, standards and operating models; conducting risk, vulnerability, maturity, and threat assessments; advising executives on strategy, risk posture, regulatory obligations and investment priorities; guiding client security teams in policy development, programme management, risk governance and security operations; delivering training and executive briefings; supporting incident readiness and crisis management with tabletop exercises; leading client-success teams, ensuring delivery across multiple engagements, and contributing to proposals, statements of work, and client-facing deliverables. Also responsible for governance, service delivery tracking, resource management, and maintaining high client satisfaction and growth through expanded engagements.
