Job Summary

Negotiate competitive coverage terms with carriers, structure customized solutions, and lead discussions on market conditions and emerging threats. Support new business development through RFP responses, prospect presentations, and cross-selling initiatives while mentoring junior team members. Maintain strong relationships with insurers and key stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions across industry verticals. Contribute to thought leadership via industry events, webinars, and market-facing content within Willis' FINEX practice.
