Job Summary
Participate with underwriters in renewal and new business activities to support marketing and underwriting decisions consistent with business unit growth and retention goals. Maintain underwriting files and ensure data integrity within underwriting systems while preparing quotations, binders, endorsements, and policy documentation with high accuracy. Review submission materials for completeness, coordinate with brokers for additional information, and provide administrative support as needed. Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, governance requirements, and regulatory standards while supporting broker and client relationships through timely, professional communication. This role contributes to HDI's digital transformation and underwriting performance within the industrial lines division of the Talanx Group.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in insurance operations, risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field preferred
