Job Summary
Cyber Analyst Principal, onsite in McLean, VA, leads and supports RMF/A&A activities for classified commercial cloud services and cross-domain solutions within an IC risk-management framework. Responsibilities include security engineering and system hardening, security control assessment and auditing, continuous monitoring, and helping the ISSM/Cyber Lead maintain evidence packages and authorization packages. Requires expertise in NIST SP 800-series (800-37/53/30), IC RMF lifecycles, vulnerability management, and security testing/penetration testing coordination. Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, DoD 8140/8570-M aligned credentials, and a BA/BS or equivalent experience; 5+ years of related cybersecurity experience; strong ability to communicate risk to executive leadership and to support IC RMF for classified cloud services and CDS.
Required Qualifications
- Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- US Citizenship Required: Yes
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years related experience
- Expert knowledge of NIST SP 800 series (800-37, 800-53, 800-30) and RMF
- Experience as ISSO or ISSM with IAO/ATO for classified systems under ICD 503
- Experience navigating IC RMF requirements for classified cloud services and cross-domain solutions
- Proven experience in security assessment, auditing, continuous monitoring, and GRC activities
- Ability to review artifacts, logs, configurations for compliance
- Ability to coordinate/participate in security testing and penetration testing
