Job Summary
Execute daily precast concrete product manufacturing following standard work methods and safe procedures. Operate basic machine tools, set up equipment, and perform pre-operation inspections while reporting identified issues. Lift raw materials and finished products manually or using hoists, and maintain a clean, safe work area. Read and interpret work instructions to ensure timely shipment and on-time production. Work within a high-paced environment under Foreman supervision, prioritizing teamwork, time efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining safety standards and following all safe work practices
- A focus on prioritization, time efficiency, problem solving and teamwork
- Ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Average proficiency in mathematics
- Good visual acuity
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of work experience in a production environment
