Job Summary
As a Precast Production Worker, you are responsible for collaborating with a production team to manufacture precast concrete products in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols. Tasks include maintaining a safe and clean work area, following instructions from the Foreman, operating basic machine tools, and performing pre-operation equipment inspections. Key qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, teamwork skills, and the ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining safety standards and following all safe work practices
- A focus on prioritization, time efficiency, problem solving and teamwork
- Ability to exert 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of work experience in a production environment
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Average proficiency in mathematics
- Good visual acuity
