Job Summary

Lead frontline customer support team for Domain/CoStar Group property listings platforms, while also providing hands-on support to Real Estate agents; manage inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email; coach and mentor the team to achieve KPIs; drive leadership initiatives, onboarding and training for new joiners, and use QA framework to elevate expertise; resolve complex Level 2 inquiries and escalations, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented culture with opportunities across Tech, Marketing, and Data.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fast-paced customer service / tech support roles at a Team Leader level.
