Job Summary

CX Program Lead responsible for mobilising NEXTDC's customer experience programs and translating CX strategy into visible, measurable improvements across key customer journeys with a focus on retention, expansion and operational excellence. Deliver early impact within 90 days, establish a scalable operating rhythm, and execute the enterprise CX plan. Key duties include mobilising ONECX Program, defining CX priorities, designing and launching CX pilots, building the CX measurement framework, and coordinating across Sales, Operations, Service Delivery, Marketing, and Technology. Requires strong program and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment. Hybrid work in Melbourne or Sydney is supported.
