Job Summary
CX Platform Product Owner focusing on Salesforce; own platform strategy and lifecycle including roadmap planning, backlog management, and epics/user stories; collaborate with engineering and technology teams to deliver scalable platform enhancements; lead AI and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and CX outcomes; act as primary liaison with Salesforce and third-party vendors including RFPs and solution evaluations; analyze platform performance and operational data to identify optimisation opportunities and drive cost-to-serve improvements. Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in CX platform management or product ownership (Salesforce or similar CRM platforms)
- Experience managing vendor relationships, platform selection, or RFP processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across technical, operational, and commercial teams
