Job Summary
CX Optimization Lead responsible for translating client business requirements into digital analytics strategies and optimization initiatives. Focus on teasing insights from web analytics data to drive key business metrics and personalization; guide technical consultants and internal teams; manage client engagements across reporting, dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and campaign setup using tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics/Target, and Optimizely. Requires deep knowledge of digital analytics life cycle, ability to articulate business value, develop use cases and roadmaps, and mentor team members. Must collaborate with clients, sales/solutions teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, delivering actionable recommendations and ensuring successful implementation of optimization strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in web analytics and testing/personalization workstreams or related field with a strong business focus
- Strong expertise in Optimizely/Adobe Target and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Solid understanding of online marketing tools and digital technologies
- Experience with personalization and optimization programs on digital channels (web, mobile apps)
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and exploratory data analysis skills
- Proficient with Excel for advanced analyses and reporting
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to interact with clients and executives
- Experience with building business cases, KPIs, and reporting dashboards
- Graduation or post-graduation degree (Graduate or Post Graduate Degree)
- Experience acting as a business owner for digital analytics and optimization implementations
