Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Engineer (CX Engineer), you will lead technical onboarding for new customers and guide electrical engineering teams in deploying AllSpice into their hardware development workflows. This role involves serving as a primary technical advisor, training teams on collaborative design reviews, and advising on best practices for version control and design review workflows. You will identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, troubleshoot technical issues, and create documentation to help customers scale their usage of AllSpice. Candidates should possess strong technical communication skills, experience with ECAD tools, Git workflows, and the ability to diagnose complex problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Experience working with ECAD tools such as Altium, KiCad, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical problems
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and platforms
  • Experience with Python scripting

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in customer facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineer, Field Applications Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer
  • Background in hardware startups, robotics, aerospace, defense, or IoT companies
  • Experience integrating engineering tools such as PLM systems, issue trackers, or CI/CD workflows
