Job Summary
Join the CXM team to manage and enhance customer experience at Coupang Eats Services. Key responsibilities include deriving data-driven improvement items through data collection and analysis, establishing actionable improvement plans, and managing small-scale projects. You will also define development requirements for Eats Delivery Partner App functionalities, oversee testing and quality validation, and monitor performance post-deployment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of relevant experience, strong data analysis skills, and a collaborative approach to communication with various stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 4년제 대학 졸업자이신 분
- 6년 이상의 유관 경력을 보유하신 분
- 데이터 분석을 통한 문제 정의 및 개선 실행 능력을 보유하신 분
- VOC/만족도 조사 등 정성·정량 데이터 분석 경험이 있으신 분
- 프로세스 개선 및 SOP 설계 경험이 있으신 분
- 다양한 이해관계자와 협업·조율할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
Desired Qualifications
- SQL을 통한 데이터 분석 경험이 있으신 분
- 데이터 시각화가 가능하신 분
- 논리적인 커뮤니케이션이 가능하신 분
