Job Summary
Design a complete Customer Experience Research & Monitoring Framework for a KSA government organisation, defining customer segments, priority journeys, and measurement approaches. Map end-to-end customer journeys to identify friction points and moments that matter, then establish KPI and CSAT architectures alongside governance and reporting structures. Benchmark the client against local, regional, and international comparators to support executive decision-making. Produce an execution roadmap for 2026-2027 while engaging stakeholders across the organisation. This strategic, hands-on engagement runs for a minimum of 10 weeks at $400/day, with the candidate required to be currently located in KSA with no sponsorship needed and fluent in both Arabic and English.
