Job Summary
CX Advisory Manager responsible for analytics strategy and execution across departments. Develop and operationalize data analytics solutions, build predictive models, map and redesign customer experience processes, and provide ROI-driven recommendations to improve performance. Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and finance; communicate findings to senior leadership; oversee projects from inception to delivery and monitor ongoing effectiveness of analytics initiatives across KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3 years’ of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, with at least 1 year in a management role
- Strong understanding of analytics tools and technologies (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
