Job Summary

CX Advisory Analytics Manager leads and mentors a data analytics team to develop and operationalize insights that improve customer experience and operational performance. Responsibilities include team leadership and performance management, developing and executing analytics strategies, building predictive models, collaborating with marketing/finance/operations, delivering ROI-driven recommendations, journey-mapping customer processes, and communicating findings to senior leadership. Requires building dashboards/reports, cross-functional collaboration, and strong storytelling to non-technical audiences. The role sits within a BPO context with emphasis on leveraging data to support business objectives across multiple departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • at least 1 year in a management role
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI (or equivalent BI tools)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience delivering actionable insights from large datasets and building reports/dashboards
  • Understanding of data architecture, data governance, and business intelligence systems
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis
  • Ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
