Job Summary
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) responsible for auditing welding standards, procedures, and documentation; supporting Operations and Engineering with verification and visual inspection of welded products; preparing technical reports; assisting in root cause analysis of nonconformances; mentoring and training new employees; and driving continuous improvement of weld processes within a 1st shift, full-time role in JARP Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification
- Experience auditing welding standards and procedures
- Knowledge of AWS D1.1 and welding codes
- Ability to prepare technical reports and mentor staff
- Ability to support Operations and Engineering in weld-related requirements
