CW Field Service Technician

Perform assigned field service jobs and maintenance tasks according to schedule, conducting equipment failure analysis and making parts recommendations to stabilize performance. Submit complete documentation and service reports to the Service Engineer and department coordinator for SAP man-hour and travel hour tracking. Maintain allocated service tools, PPE, and service vehicles per 5S standards and EHS procedures. Participate in periodic safety and product training to meet industry statutory requirements. Ensure all activities comply with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards while driving customer satisfaction and department sales targets.
