Job Summary
Conduct routine to moderately complex electro-mechanical technical functions including design, test, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronics and electro-mechanical systems. Perform new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, and mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and vacuum testing on AMAT platforms while working from schematics and diagrams. Compile logbooks, test procedures, and Quality Notifications, and assist in problem correction and rework. Maintain a secure, clean, and healthy work environment by observing all safety standards, using protective equipment, and promptly reporting hazards or emergencies. This physically demanding role requires standing for extended periods, operating hand and power tools, and driving forklifts, with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment required for clean room environments.
