Job Summary
Application Support Specialist responsible for day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of enterprise business applications (ERP, SharePoint, UniPoint, NuTech, BarTender, etc.), ensuring reliability, performance, and end-user assistance. Works with IT developers, system administrators, and vendors; participates in system upgrades, UAT, and deployments; supports reporting, data validation, workflows, access management, and documentation; may provide after-hours/weekend support and training, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 6 years of enterprise-app support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years supporting enterprise business applications
- Strong SQL query and troubleshooting experience
- Infor ERP and SharePoint experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and system workflows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Willingness to provide support outside regular business hours when required
