CVU RN-Head Nurse Weekends

Interpret diagnostic data, collaborate with leadership to drive departmental improvements, and intervene during life-threatening situations. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, implement innovative workflows to improve patient outcomes, and lead clinical activities including coaching, mentoring, hiring, and performance evaluations. Coordinate staff management, payroll, and staffing while ensuring continuity of care aligned with hospital mission and policies. Maintain BLS certification within 14 days of hire and support life-long learning. Complete other duties as assigned.
