Job Summary
Interpret diagnostic data, collaborate with leadership to drive department improvements, and provide direction during life-threatening situations. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, implement innovative workflows to improve patient outcomes, and lead clinical activities including coaching, staffing, and performance evaluations. Communicate with colleagues to ensure safe quality care while supporting life-long learning. Minimum 2 years of unit experience required; BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience on current unit or in like setting/specialty area
- RN
- BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE
