Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, collecting data on psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to set measurable goals, modify care plans based on evidence-based practice, and coordinate discharge planning. Document all phases of the nursing process in the healthcare consumer's record. Requires an RN degree, current licensure, and BLS/CPR with ACLS within five months. Located at CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan Mercy, a Level I trauma center offering comprehensive medical services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an RN nursing program
- Registered Nurse: NE
- Basic Life Support - CPR
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support
