CVU Clinical Nurse

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting patient and family-centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness and adherence to established standards of nursing care.
