CVU Clinical Nurse

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment while educating patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Proactively communicate the plan of care across the continuum of care and assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to established guidelines.
