CVT Charge with leadership responsibilities in the Leesburg Cath Lab (Day Shift). Set up, operate, and troubleshoot imaging and hemodynamic monitoring equipment; manage sterile field, infection prevention, and radiation safety; monitor patient status; document care in EHR; coordinate case flow, staff assignments, and on-time starts; mentor and precept new team members; participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives; assist with inventory and equipment checks; collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure safe, high-quality interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures; ideal candidate has strong communication, leadership, and clinical skills in a collaborative academic health system.
