CVOR Surgical Technologist

Provide expert perioperative patient care as a scrub assistant to physicians performing complex, high-acuity procedures including open heart, vascular, and robotic cases. Verify instrument and supply availability prior to surgery while maintaining strict aseptic technique for both elective and emergency situations. Ensure safe patient care by adhering to policies, managing time and supplies, and acting as a resource for less experienced staff. Serve as a preceptor and mentor by providing orientation, in-service training, and meeting continuing education requirements. Support unit goals through compassionate, personalized experiences that prioritize safety and efficiency.
