CVOR RN

Conduct admission and ongoing assessments of patient conditions, providing comprehensive care addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs. Design, direct, and evaluate individualized care plans, including patient/family teaching and discharge transitions. Implement safety protocols, medication practices, and physician orders while preparing patients for treatments, surgeries, and diagnostic studies. Reassess patients at appropriate intervals to modify interventions and report significant changes to the Charge Nurse, Team Leader, or physician. Deliver bedside shift reports with family participation to ensure continuity of care across shifts. Requires Bachelor of Science in Nursing, one year of RN experience, and Texas licensure. Located at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center in Texas.
