Job Summary
CVICU RN role providing direct professional nursing care in the CVICU under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; Graduate Nurse works under RN supervision without charge responsibilities, delivering care per established nursing practices and policies, promoting patient health and safety through the nursing process; requires critical care clinical skills, pharmacology/aseptic technique, and strong communication/problem-solving abilities to manage emergency and crisis situations within a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current PA Practice Permit/Registered Nurse license
- BLS and ACLS required, must be completed prior to the end of orientation period
