Job Summary
CVICU Registered Nurse needed for the Night shift at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital in Memphis and the Mid-South. Responsible for delivering and coordinating nursing care for patients within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing the nursing process to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Provides education to patients and families, advocates for treatment and self-care, prioritizes patient safety, administers medications, and collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans based on ongoing clinical assessments. Requires completion of an Associate Degree in Nursing and Tennessee RN licensure with Basic Life Support.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree Nursing (RN)
- Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing
- BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
- 0-1 years clinical nursing experience
- Nursing knowledge and skills to conduct comprehensive nursing assessments
- Ability to develop individualized care plans and administer medications safely
- Collaborative work with interdisciplinary teams
- Nursing process and patient-centered care
