CVICU Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse

Job Summary
CVICU Float Pool travel nursing role. The nurse will float to CVICU/cardiac and related units on a travel basis across locations, with an auto-offer process and minimal interview requirements. Requires ICU/critical care experience, NC (or compact) license, and ability to manage complex hemodynamics, Vent/Trach care, pressors, and advanced monitoring (PA catheter, TEE, telemetry). Preferred CCRN/ACLS/BLS; readiness for cross-unit assignments including cath lab recovery capabilities and exposure to ECMO/LVAD/Cath lab recovery tasks. Night shift, 12-hour blocks, 3 shifts/week, 10 days PTO window, and standard travel nurse expectations (formal certifications, references, and driving license). Located in Watertown, NY; local not allowed, travel-only assignment with >50 miles requirement. Auto-offer, no facility interview required unless requested.

- CVICU Float Pool experience
- Titration of Vesicant Meds
- Familiarity with Pressors
- Sedation
- Paralytics
- Vent management
- Trachs
- Telemetry interpretation
- PA Catheter setup and interpretation
- Transvenous pacing
- Cardioversion
- TEE
- Chest tube insertion and maintenance
- IABP, Impella and CRRT appreciated

- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
