CVICU - Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care in the CVICU, performing assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration; develops, implements, and documents care plans with defined goals in collaboration with an interprofessional team and patient/family; applies critical nursing skills to assess and address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, while ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The role is safety-sensitive and requires RN licensure with nursing education background. Preferred qualifications include nursing experience in critical care and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
