Job Summary
Conduct critical care float pool duties in a CVICU setting, managing patient ratios of 2/1 or 1/1 while titrating vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, and paralytics. Perform procedures including central line insertion, cardioversion, and chest tube maintenance, utilizing equipment such as IABP, CRRT, and Impella. This travel-only assignment requires a North Carolina license, 24 months of critical care experience with 3 months in the last 12 months, and alternating weekend shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. Candidates must live over 50 miles from the facility and hold a driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months
- 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience with 9 months worked in the last 12 months
- 9 months of acute care experience within the last 12 months
- North Carolina license or compact license
- Travel only, local not allowed
- Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
- No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North Carolina Division
- Titration of vesicant medications

Desired Qualifications
